Woodbrook Hunt Club strives to maintain the traditions of riding to hounds. We sport the scarlet and black coats that you see in the old hunt prints. We keep 13 or more couple of American Foxhounds in our kennels. Hounds are hunted by our Huntsman and assisted by several Whippers-In.
Your day of hunting starts by gathering at "the meet"; this is the place where will begin our hunt. Please plan to arrive well ahead of the hunt start time (11am) to introduce yourself to the Field Secretary and your Flight Leader.
To get signed up for the Day we must have a JBLM iSportsman pass, your signed release/waiver and your fee must paid prior to the day of the hunt. Those 3 steps MUST be completed for you to be considered eligible to hunt with us that day. Below are the links for those steps.
1. Anyone 17 years or older MUST acquire a JBLM iSportsman pass
Log into the website below and create an account. You will need your vehicle license plate number and your driver’s license as
proof of ID.

Once iSportsman has verified your ID, log back into your account to watch the safety brief and complete a quiz. YOU MUST WATCH THE SAFETY BRIEF AND COMPLETE THE QUIZ before you can purchase a permit. The video is very interesting and won't take you long!
Click on the tab “Permit’s Available” and this now will be populated with the available permits. There are several options, if you only want to purchase a permit for this weekend, choose the WHC Event permit for $10. If you think you will be joining us for other activities or want to enjoy the recreational activities that are provided to the public by Joint Base Lewis-McChord, purchase the one-year WA Resident Recreational Permit for $40. Riders over 65 years old are $25.
2. Sign a WHC waiver through the Resmark online process.
3. Payment
Payment is processed through the Resmark online process and involves some fees.
You will be responsible for checking in and out through the iSportsman website on the day of the hunt.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all hunts start at our clubhouse on 150th St. Please be sure you contact Jt. MFH/Field Secretary Theresa Lazares for directions to the fixture.
